Predator Brain Surgeon Caught Recording 50 Nurses in Restroom

What began with a hospital employee finding a camera on a bathroom floor led police in Peoria, Illinois, to neurosurgery resident Henry Chang. Through bodycam footage and documented police reports, this video follows investigators as they connect Chang to recordings made inside two staff bathrooms at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. The camera had captured Chang setting it up. But the investigation would uncover 412 video files and more than 50 victims. Detectives traced the recordings, examined his devices, and built the case that ultimately led to two guilty pleas and a five-year prison sentence.
