Kelopuun kevät - Lyrics video

Kelopuun kevät (Spring of the Deadwood) A melancholic Finnish rock song about depression, longing, and pain. Despite its title, Kelopuun kevät is not about the arrival of spring. It is a metaphor for autumn — a season of fading light, letting go, and quiet change. The song explores the feeling of depression, the pain of missing someone, and the emptiness that can remain when something important is gone. The image of a deadwood tree turning its treetops toward the northeast reflects a mind caught between darkness and the faint hope of something beyond it. Written by Tomi Heikkinen.
