Hawkshead & High Wray | Lake District MTB A fantastic 26-mile mountain bike loop exploring the trails, forest tracks and surrounding fells of the southern Lake District, taking in Hawkshead, High Wray, Grizedale Forest and Satterthwaite. This ride ventures well beyond the usual Grizedale trail centre routes, linking woodland climbs, open fellside tracks, fast gravel sections and some spectacular views across the Lake District.
