I've Got BIG Plans for My 24-Year-Old VW T4 Campervan! | TDM237

I've got BIG plans for my 24-year-old VW T4 campervan! 🥩 The Meat Wagon is getting older, the rust is starting to take its toll, and I'm even thinking about changing its colour completely! After having a good look around my old Volkswagen Transporter with a friend who does welding, we've come up with a plan to tackle the rusty front wings, sills, rear wheel arches and bodywork. I've already got most of the replacement panels, but getting the Meat Wagon back into shape is going to take some serious work. The idea is to take it off the road, get the welding sorted, prepare the bodywork and possibly give it a military-style grey paint job! Will I finally say goodbye to the green? And when will the restoration begin? There are still a few things to work out! Meanwhile, it's another Friday on The Daily Meat. I'm cracking on with the decorating at the homestead, Bruno and Maggie are keeping me entertained, and we head out in the VW T4 for a little trip along the A17 to Aldi in Holbeach, with a rather disappointing lunch along the way! There's also a quick catch-up following our Northumberland road trip and the new feature-length Meat Manifesto film. Thanks for joining me for another portion of The Daily Meat.
