When his employer found out, they asked him to choose between the job and the business. He chose the business — and they asked him to leave. Before finding The 1% Club, he had paid £4,500 for a 3-month training programme and got almost nothing out of it. He started with 1 property, didn't know how to manage it, and lost thousands of pounds — as you'll hear him explain in the video. He joined The 1% Club in March 2025 with one property and no proper guidance. Today, he has 11 units — 8 Airbnbs and 3 HMOs — with his company turning over £549K per year in revenue. He hit his 6-month income goal within 2 months of leaving his job. He now works as a Business Development Manager within The 1% Club. Separately, he also runs his own service helping others set up their businesses in the UK. There was only a 1-year gap between podcast 1 and podcast 2 — and the change is massive.
