European Campervan Road Trip! Exploring FRANKENSTEIN Castle in Germany

Join us on our European campervan road trip as we explore Frankenstein, Germany, and discover the historic castle ruins overlooking the town! We're travelling around Europe in our campervan, discovering interesting places, historic sites and unexpected adventures along the way. On this stop, we visit the German town of Frankenstein and make our way up to the castle above it. We explore the ruins, get inside some of the remaining structure and take in the views over the surrounding countryside. With a name like Frankenstein, we also had to wonder whether there's any connection to the famous Frankenstein story! This is all part of our European campervan adventure, travelling beyond the usual tourist stops and discovering places worth exploring along the way.
