TWO TONING Conrail/CSX RS3L

Conrail RS3L-RF that's just worn enough to activate the infamous 'two tone' feature that was a staple of Conrail's horns. Original CR blue with bits of CSX yn2 gray on top. The squealing is caused by the 25 bell overblowing and failing to lock onto its intended resonant frequency, which can often be exploited by the valve operator to make some interesting sounds. Horn isn't mine but it sure was fun to play with
