I'd love to hear yours in the comments! 😋 🍳 Today's menu ■ Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Ingredients ・Chicken thigh ・Chicken gizzard ・Chicken skin Seasoning ・Soy sauce ・Mirin ・Sugar ・Honey ・Salt & pepper ▶ How to make → Cut into bite-sized pieces and thread onto skewers → grill → brush with the sauce / or season with salt & pepper (Tip: microwave them a few minutes before grilling — they cook through more easily!) ■ Miso Soup with Tofu & Nameko (hondashi & miso) Ingredients ・Tofu ・Nameko mushrooms Seasoning ・Miso ・Hondashi (dashi stock) ■ Cucumber & Tuna Salad (a recipe passed down from my mom ✨) Ingredients ・Cucumber ・Canned tuna Seasoning ・Mayonnaise ・Salt & pepper ▶ How to make Just chop the cucumber small and mix with the tuna.
