NCTE presents 1-Day State-Level Workshop for adoption of #PUSHTI(NPST),MITRA (NMM) - RIE, Bhopal, MP

Watch Live: The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), in collaboration with the Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, is going to organize a one-day state-level workshop focused on the adoption of PUSHTI (Professional Upholding of Standards for Holistic Teaching and Integrity) and MITRA (Mentoring Initiatives for Teaching, Research and Assessment) across States and UTs. The workshop will provide orientation, hands-on practice, and support to strengthen teachers through professional standards and mentoring initiatives. Workshop Details: Date: 08th October 2026 (Thursday) Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: RIE, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Focus Areas of the Workshop: 1. Orientation / Dissemination / Capacity Building / Information Sharing / Hands-on Practice / Support to the States/UTs for Adoption/Adaptation of PUSHTI (NPST) and MITRA (NMM). 2. Conceptual Understanding of MITRA and PUSHTI and the handbooks of the respective flagship programmes. 3. Two technical Sessions where live demonstrations and registration will be held on PUSHTI (NPST) & MITRA (NMM) digital portals.
