No criminal charges were filed. Her amended petition adds battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeks punitive damages. She alleges eight incidents during the marriage, including while she was pregnant. Hill denies the claims. The marriage lasted from November 8, 2023 until the April 2025 separation.
