Our road trip from Kolkata to Purulia in our Renault Kwid was a mix of smooth drives, delicious food, bumpy roads, and breathtaking views. 🚗✨ We started early in the morning from Kolkata, enjoying the cool morning breeze and minimal traffic. Our first stop was at the famous Azadhind Dhaba, where we had a hearty breakfast of parathas, tea, and some refreshing drinks. The food and service were top-notch, giving us the perfect start to our journey. From there, we hit the Durgapur Expressway (NH19). The highway was smooth, wide, and perfect for a relaxed drive. Lush greenery and open skies made the journey even more enjoyable. However, things changed after we diverted towards the Raghunathpur–Purulia road. The road conditions here were quite poor, with broken patches, potholes, and rough surfaces. Despite the bumpy ride, the surroundings were absolutely mesmerizing. Rolling hills, open fields, and distant forests created a picture-perfect backdrop. We reached our destination, the O2 Zone Resort, nestled in the serene beauty of Purulia. The resort was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and offered the perfect retreat after a long drive.
