Hat Form make your own hat block

A step by step easy way to make a cardboard form to use in shaping hats. I use these all the time they are so economical to have in as a tool in making and stretching your own hats. I usually make hat form one inch larger than head measurement, this allows for lining and it's easier to make it a bit smaller than to enlarge if needed.
