Our Farm Is Growing | Clearing Land for Our New Chicken Coop

Today we're making room for something new at Foggy Ridge Farm! The farm is growing, and that means it's time to start preparing for our new chickens. In this video, I'm clearing an area that will eventually become home to our new chicken coop and run. I'll take you along as I explain what I'm doing, how I'm going about clearing the land, and most importantly, why I'm doing it this way. From cutting trees and brush with the chainsaw to putting the Dresser 100G track loader to work, there's plenty of hard work involved in turning this overgrown area into a usable part of the farm. What starts as a wooded, overgrown spot will eventually become a place for our chickens to live and roam. This is just the beginning of another project here at Foggy Ridge Farm, and I hope you'll follow along as we build, improve, and grow the farm one project at a time.
