🍗 Bachelor Style Chicken Korma Ingredients 300 g Chicken 2 Onions 2 Tomatoes Golden Fried Onion (Birista) 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste Curd Kewda Water Oil Salt Turmeric Powder Whole Spices Cinnamon Cloves Cardamom Bay Leaf Powder Spices Garam Masala Cumin Powder Red Chilli Powder Coriander Powder Salt Method Take 2 onions and 2 tomatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and tomato along with salt and turmeric powder. Toss and cook until they soften. Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender and make a smooth paste. Add some golden fried onion (birista) and blend/mix well. To start making the korma, heat oil in a handi/pot. Add the whole spices and sauté until aromatic. Add the prepared onion-tomato paste along with ginger-garlic paste. Cook and bhuno the mixture properly until the raw smell disappears and the masala is well roasted. Add some water and then add garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Cook until the masala is nicely roasted. Add curd and mix well. Cook until the masala is properly cooked and the gravy becomes smooth and aromatic. Now add the 300 g chicken and bhuno it well with the masala so the chicken absorbs all the flavours. Add a little kewda water, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Your delicious Bachelor Style Chicken Korma is ready! 🍗🔥
