River Almond ASMR style Bike Ride

Sometimes it's nice just to shut up and enjoy the ambience of the ride. So that's what I did for this one, following the River Almond downstream as it cuts through Livingston to one of my favourite spots to stop, sit and smile at what's around me. My apologies to the viewer who recognised me mid-ride. Normally I'd have stopped for a chat or to bask in the glory of the fame that YouTube has brought me (😂). But I couldn't because I was in the middle of recording this magnificent Silent Movie that's before you now! I hope you'll understand and we can chat some other time should our paths cross again.
