Did Metro Vancouver home sales really fall 8% in September? According to Greater Vancouver REALTORS, total sales did drop 8.4% from last year, but apartment sales fell almost 19% while sales of detached houses actually rose about 4%, and the typical house price is still down about 7%. Here's what that actually means if you're selling in Metro Vancouver this year.
0:00 Why does the 8% headline have nothing to do with your house?

3:25 Which houses are actually selling?
4:31 What should a house seller do with this?
