Playing around with bench press

Testing 1 inch bar that’s 15lb from Walmart vs 2 inch bar that’s regular Olympic bar from Amazon but it’s a 50$ Chinese version but it’s still 45lb Well anyways the 1 inch is harder to lift cuz there’s less stability cuz like a bigger body means less recoil It’s 225lb on the 1 inch standard bar vs 235lb on the 2 inch Olympic bar
