On the same day in Rajkot, former Supreme Court judge Justice Rohinton Nariman questioned the Election Commission’s functioning, raising concerns over the alleged disenfranchisement of *90 lakh voters in West Bengal* and the structure of the law governing the appointment of Election Commissioners. And just a day later, the Supreme Court heard petitions seeking action against CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
