How to LOCK IN Without Burning Out: My Weekly Planning System for Women in Their 40s

Hesitant to LOCK-IN in our 40s? I'm not interested in burning myself out just to prove that I'm committed to my goals. So I'm doing things differently. This is Week One of my 90-Day Lock-In, and in this episode I'm showing you the soft, intentional system I'm using to stay focused, disciplined, and committed to my goals — without sacrificing my peace, my health, my relationships, my home, or my joy. I'll show you how I plan my week using my manifestation planner and how I've created a weekly rhythm around the energy of the days of the week and astrology. This system has helped me stop treating every day like I have to accomplish everything. I don't want to reach my goals while living in survival mode. 💫 GRAB MY FAVORITE PLANNER The specific planner I use in this video: https://bit.ly/4dhCREG ☁️ GET MY GORGEOUS WHITE SOFA: https://amzn.to/4AuiwGj ✨ JOIN ME: If you're ready to go deeper into manifestation, feminine energy, intentional living, mindset, astrology, and creating the life you truly desire, join me inside Manifestation Queen Academy. https://www.blissvibesonly.com/member...
