He travelled with them, became part of their unit and even helped carry ammunition. After the war, Wojtek came to Scotland and spent his final years at Edinburgh Zoo. Discover Wojtek’s incredible story and see his bronze statue in Duns, before joining Fraser at the end of the video for a glimpse of his final home at Edinburgh Zoo.
