Welcome to this 27-minute full-body strength workout using dumbbells, designed with adults 40+ in mind.
We’ll work through 9 exercises for 3 rounds, using 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds to transition to the next exercise.
The focus is simple: controlled strength training that covers the major movement patterns without rushing through the exercises.
💪 WORKOUT FORMAT
Duration: 27 minutes

Choose dumbbells that allow you to maintain good control and technique throughout the workout. You don’t need to match my weight — train at a level appropriate for you.
If you're getting back into training or building strength as you get older, focus on quality movement, appropriate resistance and consistency rather than trying to make every workout as hard as possible.
