On Wednesday, Kianna Davis took the stand in her own defense as she faces charges in the death of her 2-year-old son, Karter Ambrose. Prosecutors allege Davis and her then-boyfriend, Kiyon Benton, were responsible for the toddler’s fatal injuries in November 2020 and failed to seek immediate medical care.
