My Real 1 Year Hair Growth Journey With Pictures Before After | How I Grow My Hair | Shinny Roops

Hi everyone welcome to my channel shinny Roops. In this video I will share my 1 Year hair growth journey. From February 2019 to March 2020 I will show you my real hair growth story with all of you. To treat hair growth and control hair fall you need to follow certain things. You need to change your diet. Hair oil for fast hair growth I always oil my hair. I think oil can treat dry frizzy hair. It can also treat damage scalp. Regular application of hair oil can benefit you. I apply castor oil. I mix castor oil with coconut oil and warm up a bit. Apply that warm oil on my scalp and massage gently. Leave it for 1 hour and wash my hair. Homemade Hair pack for dandruff Normally I apply different types of hair pack to treat my hair. During monsoon I experience dandruff, that time I apply simple curd hair mask. Mix curd, lemon juice and honey and apply it on scalp and hair and leave it for 25-30 minutes and wash hair. Hair pack for fast hair growth I apply 2 types of hair pack Biotuque bio root hair pack to treat damage scalp. Another hair pack which is beneficial for fast hair growth is - Take hibiscus leaves, one red onion and castor oil and make thick paste. Now apply the paste and leave it for 1 hour. It will reduce hairfall fast. To grow hair faster and make my hair strong, I drink Trifala water 3 times in a week. It has amla, haritaki which is good to improve immune system and reducing hair fall. Another drink that I take is fenugreek seeds drink. Which is also good for fast hair growth. Apart from all these I comb hair before going to bed at night. My two favourite hair style at night are Ponytail and side braids. Hope this video will help you people..
