Batman Arkham Asylum's Rejected Supervillain

The Batman Arkham series is home to many different villains, including some that you wouldn't expect. Mad Hatter was present in multiple Arkham games, including Batman Arkham City, Batman Arkham Origins and Batman Arkham Knight, with his final appearance being in Arkham Knight's Season of Infamy. This villain even had an easter egg in Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League. That said, he almost had a minor role in Batman Arkham Asylum.
