I guess this is a follow up to "Yujiro Hanma's Worst Act Of Evil". This time I'll share Raoh's most evil moment as a manly tyrant. Raoh is 1980's Shonen Jump villain from Fist Of The North Star and Kenshiro's eldest brother. During his early appearances in the manga, Raoh's is a very malevolent conqueror which perfectly builds up his debut against the heroes of the North Star & the South Star.
