Your yogurt tub says all the right things: “zero sugar,” “20 grams of protein,” “all natural.” But a growing wave of lawsuits is asking a simple question — do those labels match what's really in the cup?
We walk four real claims, calmly and fairly. Plaintiffs allege some “zero sugar” yogurt contains allulose (a sweetener), that some high-protein counts fall short, and that “natural” claims — and even plastic-related chemicals (phthalates, per PlasticList testing) — deserve a second look. Each time, we show the lawsuit, the court, and what's alleged, plus the company's response.
Important: these are active, UNPROVEN allegations, not verdicts. Chobani and others deny the claims and say their labels follow FDA rules. We report the record; you decide.
How to read a label: check the ingredients for sweeteners ending in -ose or -ol, and don't stop at the front of the tub.
Subscribe and shop with more confidence — because the label doesn't always tell the full story.
Educational, based on public court filings and testing. Details may change over time.
