I Want You There | Original Christian Song

I Want You There is an original Christian song about the holy ache of loving someone enough to want them to know Jesus. It begins quietly: two friends, a familiar place, passing seasons, and words that have been difficult to say. One believer knows what it means to have been lost himself. He cannot save his friend, open his heart, or choose for him. All he can do is tell the truth, point toward Jesus, and carry his name to God in prayer: I was lost too. Look who found me. Come and see. Look to Jesus. The story then widens from one person and one prayer into the great biblical hope of the lost being found, the Father welcoming them home, and a multitude from every nation, tribe, people, and language gathered before the Lamb. The final celebration does not point to us. It points to Jesus. “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Scripture John 17:20–26 Romans 9:1–3; 10:1 1 Timothy 2:1–6 Luke 15:1–32 Revelation 7:9–12 Escape the Horde Music Light in a Dark and Fallen World This original song was developed through human-led songwriting, biblical study, theological reflection, lyric writing, arrangement direction, and creative production, with AI tools used as part of the music-generation and visual-production process.
