The decisions your reviewers make are often the clearest policy guidance you have. Before Casebook, those decisions stayed in the queue. A reviewer could resolve a familiar scam, appeal, or borderline message, then see similar content return with no record of what the team had decided before. Today, we’re adding Casebook. It turns your team’s review decisions into a precedent ledger that can help settle matching content in the future. Each human allow or reject can become a case for your project. You can also add a case directly when you need to teach Casebook a decision before that content reaches the queue. How it works Learn from reviews: human allow and reject decisions are recorded as cases, so your reviewers’ decisions build a reusable record over time. Look up content: paste content into Casebook to see whether it matches existing cases, how strongly the evidence agrees, and why Casebook cannot rule when evidence is weak or conflicting. Apply precedent: enable enforcement to place Casebook in your moderation rules, where it can allow or reject content when the available precedent is sufficient. Stay in control: disable Casebook or its enforcement for a project, and opt individual channels out when they need different handling.
