The last video featuring this short line ended when dwell time at CSX's South Anderson Yard ate up the crew hours such that all they could do was bring the train back to Lapel, Indiana and tie it down for the night. This video picks up where the action resumes- the following morning, when the Central Indiana & Western switched the I-O glass factory. We get to see maneuvers through the space, setting cars out for customer use. We see all the ballast recently laid down on site, and even the customer's trackmobile. From Lapel, we go back to Anderson, to see switching at the CI&W transload facility. Even more stone has been delivered for ballast since the video just a week ago!
