If you make with skinless chicken taste will differ. full cream liquid milk 1 ½ cup, 1ts full salt, continental vegetable stock powder ¾ ts full if you don't find this then add maggi veg stock cubes 5-6.corn flour 4tbs full, plain flour/maida 4tbs full, Chinese salt/ajinomotto/ MSG ½ ts full, vegetable stock powder 1ts full (5ml), ½ ts salt. Some vegetable stocks has too much salt and some vegetable stocks has less salt so add ½ ts/ ¾ ts salt if you think there is less salt, taste and check. Add crushed black pepper 1/3rd ts. Cooking oil. 2 eggs, buttermilk proportion equal to 2 eggs. if don't find buttermilk then take water and yogurt in equal proportion, beat and add pinch of salt in it. it will taste the same like buttermilk.
