We Left Before Sunrise… and Met a Chef We’ll Never Forget

We left before sunrise with the Airstream and made our way to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Along the way came fall colors, time together, and two memorable meals. We enjoyed MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub, then had an evening at Chef Lance’s on Phillips that turned into something more: a 40-minute conversation with Chef Lance about his story.
