Dara Singh Dulchipur Biography | दारा सिंह दुलचीपुर | Dara Singh Dulchipur Dara Singh was born at small village named dulchipur amritsar in 1923. He was also likely to be real dara singh. Real name Dara Singh Dulchipur (Dulchipuria). Dulchipuria is the name of his village . Stood near 7 feet tall. He was a traditional Indian wrestler who specialized in kushti. He later learnt some pro wrestling and wrestled AWA wrestling legend Billy Robinson. Robinson wrestled him in the early 60's in India. Got his nickname after his brief stint in the slammer. He served time after avenging the death of his brother who passed away the year prior. He had his life taken away over a property dispute. Dara was later released for good behavior and wrestled in front of the prime minister of India, Pandit Nehru.
