Unmanned Autonomous Pipe Inspection Robot (하수도 자율주행 무인조사로봇)

This is an autonomous robot for sewer inspection. Instead of a traditional PT camera head, this robot is equipped with an Insta360 X2 VR camera. We are supported by Insta360 with their SDK and have developed various PC solutions and mobile apps related to the operation of the Insta360 camera. These solutions are embedded in the autonomous robot. Mainly, it was developed to cover sites where vehicles cannot enter, such as small alley, but we found that it's very useful for any pipe in any location. Five small and medium-sized enterprises formed a consortium and developed it over a period of two years, Bluefox System Inc joined as a software developer. The main hardware was developed by an air-drone developer. 본 시스템은 인력에 의해 조종이 되는 유선 장비가 아닌, 자율주행의 무인로봇 장비로서, 하수도 조사를 위해서 개발되었습니다. 무인로봇의 헤드에는 기존 전통적인 펜앤틸트 방식 카메라가 아닌, INSTA360 X2 VR카메라가 탑재되어 있습니다. 저희는 INSTA360으로부터 SDK를 제공받아서, INSTA 360 카메라 운용을 위한 다양한 연관 PC프로그램, 모바일앱을 개발해서, 무인로봇 시스템에 탑재시켰습니다. 본 시스템은 원래 차량진입이 어려운 좁은 골목, 하천등 기존의 차량에 장착된 하수도CCTV로 조사가 어려운 지점에 적용하려고 개발하였습니다. 그런데 1년여간 현장에 활용을 하고 보니, 보편적인 모든 하수관로 조사현장에서, 기존 방식의 조사시스템 대비 탁월한 성능과 효용성을 보이고 있습니다. 5개의 중소기업이 컨소시엄 구성하여 공동개발하였고, 블루폭스시스템즈는 소프트웨어 분야로 참여하였습니다. 본 영상의 메인하드웨어는 드론개발사에 의해서 제작되었습니다.
