Manufacturing Intelligence is evolving beyond prediction and decision support. In the previous chapter, we explored how Prescriptive Decision Support helps decision-makers understand what they should consider next — including alternatives, constraints and trade-offs. But once a decision is made, another question emerges: How does that decision become action? This video explores the next step: Workflow Agents. Workflow Agents can take an approved business intent and help translate it into an executable workflow across enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, EAM/CMMS, WMS and TMS.
