Hello friends! 🌟 For the first time ever, we stepped into the magical land of Rajasthan – Jodhpur and Jaisalmer – with the whole family, mainly to celebrate our little Abir's grand first birthday! 🎂 We stayed at the gorgeous Rudraksh Resort by Sterling, a sprawling oasis that felt like our own private kingdom. And yes, the romantic in us couldn't resist pulling out the harmonica for a soulful duet of the evergreen "Gapuchi Gapuchi Gam Gam" from the 1978 classic Trishul (Lata ji & Nitin Mukesh magic, filmed on Sachin-Poonam Dhillon!). To top it off, our darling Manvaa decided to steal the show with an impromptu dance in the pool – pure joy overload! 💃🕺 Watch the video and shower us with your blessings, please!🙏 Couldn't leave without sharing a few love notes about this incredible state...Rajasthan, the "Land of Kings," is India's largest state, home to the mighty Thar Desert, and shares a border with Pakistan (yes, those sunsets feel extra dramatic!). It's a place where history breathes – from the unbreakable spirit of Maharana Pratap, who fought the Mughals till his last breath, to fearless warriors like Rana Sanga, Durgadas Rathore, and many more who turned valour into legend. The food? Oh, don't get me started – dal baati churma, ghewar, malpua, and those addictive pickles will haunt your taste buds forever. The culture dances to its own beat: Ghoomar and Kalbelia are UNESCO-famous, while folk tunes on sarangi, dholak, and sitar wrap you in melody. Handicrafts? Jodhpur's blue pottery, wooden furniture, and carpets are pure artistry. And let's not forget Makrana marble – the very stuff that built the Taj Mahal! What truly won our hearts this trip: the wide-open skies, clean desert air, no skyscrapers in sight (resorts sprawl luxuriously over acres!), and people whose warmth and hospitality feel like a big, genuine hug. Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, being sensitive border areas, carry a quiet pride – massive airbases, the heroic Longewala museum, and the miraculous Tanot Mata temple (where bombs famously refused to explode in '65 and '71, now guarded by our brave BSF jawans). Five days, two cities – and we're already plotting a longer return. Rajasthan, you magnificent tease, you'll need at least three weeks to truly surrender your secrets! 🏜️❤️ #RajasthanDiaries #FamilyAdventures #AbirsFirstBirthday #HarmonicaMagic #DesertDreams This video is purely for entertainment purpose, the track is taken from internet & no copyright infringement is intended.
