Session 07: Nutrition in Patients with Multiple Chronic Conditions (Multimorbidity)

Valery Rivera Hiraldo, LND, will address the importance of prioritizing nutritional interventions in complex patients, particularly when multiple conditions compete for attention and it is necessary to determine where to start. Strategies for managing conflicts between guidelines when recommendations contradict each other will also be discussed, along with the importance of simplifying recommendations to improve adherence by promoting fewer rules and greater consistency with what the patient can realistically sustain.
