High Court Order on KPSC Scam: KPSC ಅಕ್ರಮ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಆದೇಶ; ಇಬ್ಬರು IPS ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ SIT ರಚನೆ! ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ (KPSC) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮತ್ತು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎಂ. ನಾಗಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಅವರಿದ್ದ ಏಕಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠವು KPSC ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹ ತನಿಖೆಗಾಗಿ ಆರ್‌. ಹಿತೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಮೇಂದು ಮುಖರ್ಜಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡವನ್ನು (SIT) ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಒದಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ (ED) ಹಾಗೂ ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ (SIT) ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಸಿಐಡಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ತನಿಖೆಯ ಹಂತದಿಂದಲೇ ಎಸ್‌ಐಟಿ ಹೊಸ ವೇಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ಬಿಗಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. The High Court of Karnataka, led by the single-judge bench of Justice M. Nagaprasanna, has issued a landmark order directing an independent and credible Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitment scam. Highlighting the need for transparent scrutiny, the High Court ordered the inclusion of senior IPS officers like R. Hithendra and Soumendu Mukherjee to head the SIT, replacing uncertainties surrounding the investigation. Furthermore, the court instructed the state government to immediately allocate necessary personnel and grant operational support to the SIT.
