I Built an AI System That Runs My Shorts Channel

How I built a system that creates and posts my YouTube Shorts by itself. In this video I walk through the five steps of the pipeline and show each one working. What the system does: Research – takes your topic (or fetches the latest trending news), does a deep dive and returns a brief report with facts, sources and a timeline. Script writing – writes a script with a strong hook and storytelling using Gemini 3, scores it, and lets you remake it. Video Studio – builds the full video: voiceover, footage, 3D motion graphics, charts and sound effects. You can swap out any clip you don't like. Thumbnail – pick the topic, click create thumbnail, and regenerate until you like it. Publish – publish straight to YouTube or schedule it, then check analytics (subscribers, viewers, last 90 days). What's next: a version that removes the robotic tone, fully follows YouTube's policies, and runs end to end every day: topic → video → post.
