Inside Kilchoman: The Last TRUE Farm Distillery on Islay?

Kilchoman is the island’s only true "farm distillery," it has spent the last 20 years perfecting it's "barley to bottle" philosophy. During our visit, we had the incredible opportunity to sit down with founder Anthony Wills, who remains the driving force behind this family-run operation. The Isle has been branded Scotland’s whisky isle with its 10 distilleries producing an incredible 20million litres of spirits each year. The 25-mile long and 15-mile wide island in the Inner Hebrides is home to world-renowned names including Bowmore, Bunnahabhain, Laphroaig and Bruichladdich.
