No-Gi Foundations Class: 6 Ecological (CLA) Games (Guard Passing, Guard Retention, Ankle Locks)

A full No-Gi Foundations class from 2 October 2026 at Dapto Jiu Jitsu, coached by Alvi. This session is built around six ecological games covering guard passing/guard retention and ankle locks. Instead of teaching a set technique, each game sets up a problem with a clear goal, and students experiment, adjust and find solutions that work for their own bodies. Watch how the games are set up, how the constraints shape what happens, and how the problem-solving unfolds round by round. 📍 Dapto Jiu Jitsu, 1/12 Marshall Street, Dapto NSW, Australia
