After 5 days of trekking, we finally reached Milam Village! Johar Valley Trek. In this video, I will take you through some of the most unique Himalayan landscapes and show you the remote Himalayan villages of Johar Valley. The Johar Valley trek is a multi-day trek that starts in Munsiyari and ends in the remote Milam village. Before the 1962 Sino-Indian War, Milam was a prosperous merchant town where the Shauka community traded pashmina, borax, and wool with Tibet.
