Entry Level Jobs Aren't Entry Level Anymore

Every entry-level job posting I open wants two years of experience. That's not entry level. That's just a job with a lower salary. I'm 20 and I've been applying for months, so I'm not talking about this from the outside. In this video I get into why it got like this, what changed from when getting hired was actually straightforward, and what I think you can actually do about it instead of sending out another hundred applications into the void. This is mostly aimed at people around my age who are trying to get their first real job.
