Count It Twice (The QA Song) — Funk & Soul for QA (Official Music Video)

Everybody ships it — but somebody's gotta check. "Count It Twice (The QA Song)" is a funk & soul tribute to the QA crew on third shift at the Ulta Beauty distribution center in Chambersburg, PA: the clipboard, the careful count, and the quiet pride of making sure every bottle, every shade, and every order is perfect before it rolls out the door. Count it once, count it twice — QA gets it right. I don't move the fastest and I don't talk the loudest, But nothing leaves this building 'less the count is the proudest. [Pre-Chorus] You say close enough — I say not on my shift. A missing little serum is a gift nobody gets. [Chorus] Count it once, count it twice, QA gets it right. Every bottle, every shade, every single night. Count it once, count it twice, That's the QA way — So a stranger gets her whole order, perfect, on the day. [Verse 2] Found a tote at clock-out that was one shade shy, The Ordinary serum hiding low, 'count was twenty-nine. Thirty on the ticket — so I walked it back in line, 'Cause somewhere there's a lady counting on that thirty-fine. [Chorus] Count it once, count it twice, QA gets it right. Every bottle, every shade, every single night. Count it once, count it twice, That's the QA way — So a stranger gets her whole order, perfect, on the day. [Bridge] Good Molecules by the dozen, lipsticks by the score, I have counted more beauty than a department store. Call me picky, call me slow, call me what you like — Every box that rolls out perfect got counted twice. [Final Chorus] Count it once, count it twice, QA gets it right. Clipboard in my hand and my conscience clear tonight. Count it once, count it twice — Third shift's quiet pride. QA, baby. We check, so the whole crew shines. [Outro] One more tote. One more count. That's right.
