In this compiled tutorial, we will model a lantern in Blender. You'll witness the entire process from blocking to detailing each piece, to texturing using a variety of techniques. All modeling is done using native Blender tools, packing and straightening UVs is done using free plugins. Texturing is done in two ways; The first, in the industry standard Substance Painter.
