Chris Hemsworth’s Overlooked Crime Thriller Is Getting a Second Chance on Prime Video

Chris Hemsworth’s crime thriller Crime 101 may have struggled to attract moviegoers in theaters, but its arrival on Amazon Prime Video gives the overlooked film another opportunity to find its audience. Despite earning strong reviews and an 89 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes, the movie failed to draw the theatrical crowd its reception might have suggested. Directed by Bart Layton, Crime 101 brings together a standout cast, stylish crime filmmaking, and character-driven storytelling. Three elements make it worth considering for your next movie night. The cast is one of the film’s biggest strengths. Hemsworth stars as Mike, a jewel thief who guards his personal history closely. Mark Ruffalo plays Detective Lou Lubesnick, a determined investigator trying to identify and catch him, even as questions remain about the criminal he is pursuing. Halle Berry plays Sharon, an insurance agent who discovers common ground with Mike despite their conflicting positions. Barry Keoghan takes on the #news #CelebrityNews #HollywoodNews
