Today I’m down in Grand Isle fishing and cooking right at Bridge Side Marina. In this video I catch a beautiful Louisiana redfish, clean it fresh at the dock, and cook it up blackened Cajun style. There’s nothing better than a true catch, clean, and cook when you’re fishing the Louisiana coast. Redfish is one of the best eating fish in the Gulf, and when you season it up and blacken it in a hot skillet, it’s hard to beat.
