Hospital to Home - Held In Our Hearts

Three extraordinary couples share their experience of baby loss, grief and finding some sort of hope. The film was co-created with them for Held In Our Hearts to shine a light on the charity's vital Hospital to Home support programme for bereaved families. It now forms the centre piece of a campaign encouraging other families to add their names to Clare, William, Natasha, Callum, Beth and Alan. ===== Electrify is a creative communications agency with an enormous, beating heart.
