Not exactly standard medical advice. His cholesterol story from Part 2 gets its resolution here too. Years of diet changes and food journals, then a prescription that worked immediately. Shaah has his own parallel thread, wanting to formalize his plant-based eating with blood work and a nutritionist, and the full vegan shift he and his wife, Yani, made together years before this conversation. That success opens into a harder question: why do we resist the people who are actually trying to help us? The conversation ends up somewhere neither of them planned.
