Firefighters Mentor Reno Students to Help Them Succeed.

/ cityofreno   Students at Roger Corbett Elementary School get to meet real life heroes through a mentoring program started by Reno firefighters. The firefighters began mentoring the students as a way to give back to the community. They provide guidance and are role models to the students as a way to help the children succeed. The Reno Fire Department formed the partnership with the school through the Education Alliance of Washoe County's Partners in Education program.
