Making Vacation Count - The Pursuit: Episode 9

This week, Adrienne and I spend most of the week vacationing in Cape Canaveral, Florida. After a solid few weeks of training, it is time for a solid down week, and what better way to do it than at the beach. That does not mean training stops, however. This week, you will get to see one workout that I did in Florida (3 mile, 2 mile, 1 mile + a long run with Chris Striegel from ‪@LifeInStridePodcast‬).
